Module 4: Habit Implentation
If you build it, they will come? No, that’s sadly never been true. In this module, we’ll talk about the challenges with building the habit and keeping up with it. The concepts of obstacles and excuses will be introduced - but these aren’t value judgements, so don’t panic. We’ll talk about how to overcome those excuses and obstacles, too.

Module 5: Setting Goals
You want to be SMART, right? Of course you do, and this module explains how to set SMART goals in detail. We will also go over two examples on setting goals so you’ll know exactly how to start setting yours. (Luckily, this module contains the real example of how I set my 5 year goal to become a professional dancer and teach at the big festivals - which I attained and exceeded).

Module 6: Maintaining Goals/Setting Plans
Well, we’ve set our goals, so how do we maintain them? What does maintaining our goals even mean? We create a plan on how to achieve those goals. To reach our goals, we need to determine what we need to do daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly (and more). We’ll also have a mini-review of Obstacles and Excuses to prepare for the next module.

Module 7: Structuring Practice Sessions
I believe time blocking is the single most important tool to getting the most done in every single practice session. It makes everything so much more efficient, so even if you have a lot to do, you can still get it done in a short amount of time. In this module, you’ll learn all about time blocking and how to get those goals into practice sessions.

Module 8: Implementing Practice Sessions
You have your goals, you’ve built the habit, you have a plan, you’ve time blocked all your practice sessions for the week…now what? This module shows you how to put it all together, and how to keep updating your practice sessions to keep getting the most out of them. We’ll also talk about habit evaluation to make sure that habit sticks and is still working for you.

Module 9: Developing Drills
Sometimes having a goal isn’t enough, and you have to create your own drills in order to meet those goals. If you don’t have a teacher, here’s your own method on creating drills that will serve your needs and help you meet your goals in the time you need them. Get ready for the nerdy stuff here - we go in-depth on how humans learn and get into a little bit of neuroplasticity.
